- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday delivery areas must have orders in by 8pm SUNDAY
- Friday delivery areas must have orders in by 8pm WEDNESDAY

Answers to our customers' frequently asked questions
Orders can be made via the website anytime all the way up to 8pm Sunday for Tuesday and Wednesday delivery areas and 8pm Wednesday for Friday delivery areas for delivery in the same week. Unless prior arrangements have been made, orders placed after this time will roll over to the next week.
To keep things fair, we use a “Universal Flat-Rate” for delivery that doesn’t penalise you for your postcode. This small fee helps us subsidise the high cost of regional freight, ensuring fresh Aussie produce reaches every remote front gate at the same low price.
The minimum purchase for delivery is $45 worth of fruit and/or vegetables.
- We aim for our refrigerated trucks to deliver at approximately the same time each week, so to find out the approximate time of delivery to your town just send an email to info@icaneatarainbow.com.au or text 0428252113. Regular time slots may not be possible on occasion due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Deliveries may occur anytime between 7am and 9pm, though will try hard to deliver between 7am and 7pm. As we travel considerable distances there are sometimes unforeseen problems along the way.
- We will text you as soon as possible after delivery.
We have no contracts as we understand the need for our service to be flexible to the needs of your family and lifestyle.
This is entirely up to you. If no one is home we will follow your specific delivery instructions and aim to leave your order in a cool, dry place or within an esky you provide. We always aim to text you as soon as possible after we have made the delivery.

How to Request a Refund:
1. Contact Us Promptly: If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide Details: Email us at info@icaneatarainbow.com.au or text us at 0428 252 113 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected items if possible.
Refund Options:
– For Refunds Under $20: We will issue a store credit coupon for the value of the items.
– For Refunds Over $20: We will credit the amount back to your card unless you prefer a store credit.
Our Commitment:
– We strive to address all refund requests within 48 hours.
– We may ask for the return of the affected items for quality control purposes.
Exceptions:
– Refund requests made more than 24 hours after receiving an order may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
– We reserve the right to limit refunds for repeated requests or suspected abuse of our refund policy.
